Why checkout dive before joining a liveaboard to Soccoro ?
Diving a day and a half offshore requires a certain skill level beyond the initial certification: most of the dives are going to be deep, drifting in current, with enriched air and in 5mm + suits.
This got us thinking about designing a bespoke dive tour that involves practicing necessary skills to keep them safe out at the Socorro Islands.
Our deep canyon in Cabo San Lucas marine reserve is PERFECT for replicating the deep conditions of Revillagigedo while providing a safe environment close to shore, one-to-one with a dive guide who can help with weight checks, launching an DSMB, assisting in the set up of personal equipment/computers you may not have used before, refresh Nitrox analysis and general deep dive dive planning.
All only a few minutes from Cabo marina.

This is our regular 2 tank dive tour departing at 7.30am or 12.45pm check in (for shared boats) but your private guide will specifically refresh any skills you want to practice and help you get a good idea of what to expect when you head 1.5 days off shore and out to sea!
Many of our guides have worked out at Revillagigedo and have all the info!
If you don’t have much time, or you are arriving in Los Cabos a little later, you can also opt for a 2.30pm check-in for a one tank check-out dive in the bay to get you back around 5pm and on to your liveaboard soon after.
